To manage groups, go to the Groups tab in main menu.

Here you will see which groups are used in your campaigns, landings, offers and rotations. The third column of the table shows how many elements use this group. You can add new groups or delete/edit old ones. To add a new group, enter its name in the 'Name of group' field and click the Add new button.
