Offer management

To see all the offer you work with, go to the Offers tab. On this page you will see the control block (on the left), as well as the block of the offers grouping and selection of the timeframe for the statistics (on the right).


In order that the control buttons will be active, click on the desired offer in the statistics table.
Buttons from left to right:
Create - Creation of a new offer Edit - Window of the offer edition. It also opens with double-click on the offer.
Сlone - Cloning of an offer. It creates a copy of the selected offer with the name < Offer's name > (clone 1) and opens its editing page.

Delete - Deletion of the offer. You can restore the deleted offer. To do this, choose the Delete option to show the deleted offers. Select the desired one and press the Restore button.
CSV - Downloading the current statistics on the offers in the CSV format.
Info/Stats - Switching among windows of statistics with the main and side information.

Grouping and timeframe

In our tracker, the system of groups is quite easy that significantly facilitates the work with a large number of offers. When changing any group or timeframe, the statistic is update instantly. Let’s us describe the elements from left to right.


Search by the offer name. As you enter the text in this field, in the table will be displayed only those whose name contains the current text in the search field.

Type of the offer

Active - displays active offers i.e. that were not deleted.
With traffic - displays offers where was the traffic in the current timeframe.
All - displays all offers, including deleted.
Deleted - displays deleted offers.

Affiliate network

It displays the offers of the selected affiliate (offer) network. You can change it the editing window of the offer. If you choose All networks, then you will see all the offers of all networks.


In out tracker, each offer has a group. Easy to group, for example, by vertical, type of traffic (Web/Wap) and so on. Read more about groups here. Tracker displays offers of the selected group. If you select All groups, you will see all the offers of all groups.


Last point. You can set up here the timeframe by which the tracker displays the statistics by offers. Tracker also responds instantly to the changes in this field, except Custom Date and Custom Time. When choosing them, you must additionally select the needed date/time in the appeared fields and click on Refresh.

Refresh button

It updates the statistic. Tracker displays the statistics without much delay. Herewith, the higher volume of your traffic, the faster is updated the statistics. The biggest delay (about 10 seconds) you can see if you will send a single click.

Statistics table

It consists of several lines. Each offer corresponds to one line. The last line is the summary statistics for all the offers. When you hover over a line, it is highlighted in yellow. To sort the statistics for particular parameters, click on it in the head of the table. The arrow down the left of the name column is the sorting from bigger to smaller, and vice versa. In the table, you will see the following columns:

Stats Page

Id - Offer number.
Name - Offer name.
Geo - County to which the offer is targeting. Indicated in creation.
Group - Group of the offer.
Network - Affiliate network to which relates the offer.
Clicks - Number of clicks for the selected period. Attention! This field displays not passing from landers to the present offer, but the volume of clicks on the campaign where was active this offer.
LP CTR - Click-through-rate from lander to offer. While Direct-traffic (without lander) isn’t taken into account. As well as not considered the repeated clicks, for example, with scripts. LP CTR = LP Clicks / Clicks * 100
Leads - Number of conversions for the selected period.
CR - Conversion rate. CR = Leads / Clicks * 100%
EPC - Earn per click. EPC = Revenue / Clicks
CPC - Cost per click. CPC = Spend / Clicks
Revenue - Offer revenue
Spend - Offer expenses.
Profit - Offer profit or losses. Profit = Revenue - Spend.
ROI - Return of investments. ROI = Profit / Spend * 100%

Info page

You will see additional metrics there:
URL - Offer URL.
CLH - Clicks per last hour.
LLH - Leads per last hour.
PLH - Profit per last hour on specific offer.
Last lead – When the last lead was done. All these parameters help you to see the problems with your offers and allow you to solve them quickly.

Group editing

Often it is necessary to change groupings to several selected offers. To do this, mark desired offers with checkboxes and click Edit. Now you can also change domain, group and geo.
