Working with E-commerce and Subscriptions

If you use a tracker for E-commerce or Subscriptions, then you will probably find it easier to analyze campaigns with metrics such as expected revenue, number of rebills, bounce rates, etc. In order to include these additional metrics, it is enough to turn on predefined event schemes in the tracker settings and adjust the possible conversion statuses from your networks.
You can rename any column and even correct the formula (if something does not suit you) in the settings.

For correct schemes operation, you should disable payments by status, if they were enabled. Both functions work with conversion statuses, so together they will conflict.

E-COMMERCE SCHEME

In the tracker’s settings (Stats settings - Status scheme settings) you need to enable the E-commerce scheme.

Add the conversion statuses of your affiliate networks to the corresponding fields:
- Leads:

- Sales:

- Rejects:

Then, the following columns will be available:

Abbreviation Meaning
A. Leads Number of confirmed leads
Approve % Percentage of confirmed leads
R. Leads Number of rejected leads
Reject % Percentage of rejected leads
R. Revenue Rejected Revenue
H. Leads Leads on hold
Hold % Percentage of leads on hold
H. Revenue Revenue on hold
E. Revenue Expected revenue
E. Profit Expected profit
E. ROI Expected ROI
Please note that in some metrics EA (Expect Approve) is involved - expected confirmation rate, which is 100% by default and can be changed in the campaign settings.

In order to use this scheme, the tracker uses an event, system, namely events 1-4, so you cannot.
use them in your product campaigns for your own purposes.

Subscriptions

In tracker’s settings (Stats settings - Status scheme settings) you need to enable the Subscription scheme.

Add the conversion statuses of your affiliate networks to the corresponding fields:
- New subscription:

- Rebill:

- Stop:

- Buy out:

Then, the following columns will be available:

Abbreviation Meaning
Rebills Number of rebills
Unsubs. Number of unsubscribes
Buyouts Number of buyouts
Unsubs. % Percentage of unsubscribes
RoS Average number of rebills per one subscription
Inst. Unsubs Number of fast unsubscribes (if unsub was within a certain time - specified in the settings)
eCPA Average Conversion Cost
In order to use this scheme, the tracker uses an event system, namely events 5-8, so you cannot. use them in your subscription-related campaigns for your own purposes.
